Air Fryer Mushrooms with Garlic and Parsley

02/16/21 | Air Fryer Recipes, In My Kitchen, Low Carb Recipes, What's Cooking

Air fryer mushrooms is a new amazing way to roast mushrooms easy, fast and delicious! The air fryer mushrooms come out of the air fryer after just 7-8 minutes with melt-in-your-mouth feel, golden brown, with beautifully wrinkly and crispy edges, while retaining their juiciness and tenderness.

Air Fryer Mushrooms

In air fryer mushrooms case, you can get a new taste every time, just by experimenting with different marinades. Today I will share one of my favorite marinades – with olive oil, soy sauce and some spices. Quick and easy

Air fryer portobello mushrooms

Ingredients:

Pack of whole baby Bella mushrooms, 8 oz., sliced in halves. This recipe will work great with most standard mushrooms of your choice. White button mushrooms, Portobello mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms
1 Tablespoon olive oil or Avocado oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove, finely chopped (minced crunchy garlic bits)
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley or green onion (optional)

Air Fryer Roasted Mushrooms

Directions:

Slice button mushrooms in half. It is ok if you get already pre-sliced mushrooms
Place mushrooms in the mixing bowl and coat with oil and soy sauce. Do not let the mushrooms sit in the soy sauce mixture for too long. Mushrooms can easily absorb the soy sauce and may turn out too salty. This is just not my taste.
Place mushrooms onto air fryer tray or basket right after you coat them with olive oil and soy sauce
Air fry at 400F (200C) for 8 minutes.
Flip or shake half way
Place cooked mushrooms onto the serving plate. Add chopped garlic, pepper, chopped parsley. Mix well and enjoy!
Add parmesan cheese if desired

Recipe notes:

Air fryer roasted mushrooms shrink, after you cook them. This is normal

Mushrooms is a wonderful low carb and keto friendly dish.

Enjoy this easy delicious Air Fryer roasted mushrooms recipe. It’s very addictive. Feel free to dip in your favorite sauce. I used homemade Chipotle sauce, which has been a delicious addition to all my air fryer dishes dipping needs.
