Making Homemade roasted carrots is quick, easy and healthy, especially when they’re cooked in the Air fryer! Air Fryer carrots are done in less time than in the oven.
You only need 10 minutes and three ingredients– carrots, oil, and salt + seasoning of your choice- to make these crispy, crunchy, addictive carrots chips or carrots fries. Eat them plain, as a side dish or dip them in your favorite sauce! May I please recommend this delicious Chipotle dipping sauce which is perfect for Air fryer carrots fries, potato fries and many air fryer vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 cup baby carrots, sliced in half lengthwise
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil (or avocado oil)
Salt + Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Favorite seasoning of choice. I use Organic Veggie blend to season my carrots or Roast Vegetables and Fries Spice Blend.
Avocado oil spray.

Balsamic Glaze (Optional). Or you can make your own homemade Balsamic Glaze (Balsamic reduction) in 20 minutes
Feel free to use other spices like garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, chipotle and so on.

Directions:
Slice baby carrots in half lengthwise. You can also use a regular carrots and cut them into “french-fry” shaped sticks
Place carrots in a bowl and coat them with oil and seasoning. Using a food silicone brush, toss carrots until well coated.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with spray oil
Arrange the carrots slices on the air fryer cooking basket or tray. Give them some space so they do not overlap
Air fry mode at 400F (200C) for 7 minutes
Open the air fryer, flip each carrot (or give them a “shake”), and air fry for another 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized crispy edges.
Taste and Lightly salt if desired and season with fresh parsley
