
I have never cooked radishes before. This is my first time cooking radishes in the air fryer. And I’m happy I did. The aggressive spicy flavor of fresh radishes tamed away while air fryer roasted radishes tasted more like a potato to me. I’m in love.!
I found myself eating the entire bunch of air fryer radishes. While I don’t remember myself ever eating more than one piece of fresh radish or in the salad.
Air fryer radishes are very simple to make, like everything else that comes out of the air fryer.
1 bunch of radishes. (10-15 pieces) cut into thin slices
1/4 Teaspoon salt and pepper (or to taste)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon herb seasoning mix of choice. I used Organic Veggie Blend and Roast Vegetables Spice blend (Love TJ Maxx for finding great spices and other things)
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

How to prepare and slice fresh radishes for cooking in the air fryer
Directions:
Cut radishes into thin slices and drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil
Sprinkle salt, pepper and seasoning
Use silicone food brush to coat radishes evenly. (You can use a zip lock bag or a plastic container to shake it for an even coating)
Spread out radish slices on your air fryer cooking sheet or basket so they don’t overlap
Air fry for 8 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Flip half way. Or cook until radishes are slightly wrinkled and lightly browned with caramelized edges.
Sprinkle with Minced Onion minced garlic or Everything bagel seasoning blend. Delicious!
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired
Enjoy this easy delicious Air Fryer roasted radishes recipe. It’s very addictive. Feel free to dip in your favorite sauce. I used homemade Chipotle sauce, which has been a delicious addition to all my air fryer dishes dipping needs.
