Welcome to Air Fryer Potato Sliders!
While loaded potato skins are delicious, have you ever had potato sliders? These are game-changers. These crispy, about 1/4 inch thick potato slices are like potato skins, loaded baked potatoes and potato chips all rolled into one. They are super easy to make and they slide right into your mouth in one easy delicious bite.
1 Large Russet Potato, cut into approx 1/4 inch thick slices
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2-3 bacon slices, cooked and cut into small pieces (or bacon crumbles)
2 Tablespoons green onions for topping. Chopped.. Can sub with chives.
1/4 cup sour cream. For topping.

1. Scrub and rinse the potato. Leave the skin on (optional)
2. Thinly slice the potato to approx. 1/4 inch thick.
3. Rinse the potato slices under running water. This helps to rid of the starch.
4. Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to season
5. Preheat the air fryer to 380F/190C
6. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
7. Air fry mode at 380F/190C for 5 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
8. Flip each potato slice on the other side and cook for 2 minutes
9. Sprinkle the cheese evenly among the potato slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and caramelized.
10. Top each potato slice with bacon, green onions or chives, and a dollop of sour cream.
11. Serve immediately and enjoy your Air fryer potato sliders. Or potato slices. Whatever you want to call them, they are DELISH!
