I very much enjoyed these air fryer oysters. Although I have never eaten a raw oyster before, these cooked oysters felt to have more flavor, in my opinion.  I chose my oysters to be cooked.  They are still packed with high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. There is not much meat to cook, so the cooking time is literally 5 minutes or until the cheese is caramelized.

  1. Second time I have made this recipe. So good, can’t stop sopping up the juice with bread. I just had jarred oysters so I made a little foil “boat” for them and this worked great.

    1. Yay! So glad you love them in the air fryer too. Love dipping the juice with the bread. Foil boat sounds like a great idea! Thank you
