Ingredients:
8 pieces bacon
Salt & pepper to taste
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F/200C for 5 minutes
2. Cut the beef into small, bite-sized cubes. Approx. 1 inch
3. Season the beef lightly with salt and pepper. Keep in mind that bacon is salty.
4. Cut each strip of bacon into thirds or halves.. Keep in mind that bacon shrinks during cooking.
5. Wrap the bacon around the beef cubes and secure the overlapping end with the toothpick.
6. Arrange in the air fryer basket or tray
7. Airfry mode at 400F/200C for 10 minutes. Flip half-way. This temp and time are good for medium-done steak. If you like your steak medium-rare, cook 3 min per side or pre-cook bacon, as outlined in the notes above.
8. Transfer to the plate, sprinkle on some chopped parsley if desired and enjoy the delicious and juicy bacon-wrapped steak bites.

Prepare bacon wrapped steak bites as per directions above.
Bake 12 minutes (flipping half-way) and broil 1-2 minutes if needed to crips up the bacon.
