The best part about tortilla pizza is that you can customize it however you want. If you don't like pepperoni, you can leave it out. If you want more cheese, go ahead and add more. The possibilities are endless!

Tips for the Best Air-Fried Tortilla Pizza
Preheat your air fryer. This step is key for ensuring that your tortilla pizza cooks evenly. Simply set your air fryer to 375 degrees and let it run for about 3 minutes before adding your pizza.
Choose the right tortilla. For a crispy crust, look for whole wheat or gluten-free tortilla that's on the thinner side. Avoid thicker tortillas or those made with white flour, as they will likely result in a soggy crust.
These brands I tried personally and they work great for a tortilla pizza: Mission Tortillas, Organic Mission Tortillas, Trader Joe’s brand Homestyle Flour tortillas, Carb balance tortillas by Mission and Carb Conscious by Target.
Keep it simple. When it comes to toppings, less is more. Too many toppings will weigh down your tortilla and make it difficult to cook evenly. Stick with classic toppings like tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni, or go for something more unique like barbecue chicken or spinach and feta.
