1 cup fresh cilantro packed 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp lime juice Squeezed juice of one lime 2 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste 1 tablespoon water more as needed 1/2 jalapeno optional 1/2 teaspoon honey optional
Rinse the cilantro under cold water and shake off excess moisture.
Add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, salt, and water to a blender.
Add the cilantro (leaves and tender stems) and jalapeño if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once if needed.
