Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro packed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp lime juice Squeezed juice of one lime
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon water more as needed
  • 1/2 jalapeno optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the cilantro under cold water and shake off excess moisture.
  • Add sour cream (or Greek yogurt), mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, salt, and water to a blender.

  • Add the cilantro (leaves and tender stems) and jalapeño if using.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides once if needed.

  • Serve right away or chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use fresh lime juice for best flavor
  • Add a splash of water if the sauce is too thick
  • Start with half jalapeño and adjust to taste
  • Store in the fridge up to 4 days and stir before serving
