This air fryer open-faced pork sandwich is a simple yet tasty way to use up leftover pork (I used air-fried Pork Tenderloin) and make a new dish out of it. The pork is juicy, the cheese is gooey and the sandwich turns out crispy and flavorful. I love this new fantastic way to turn your leftover meat into something delicious and satisfying

Notes
Tips and variationsWhat bread to use? While you might be tempted to reach for regular white bread, it's not always the best choice for this particular dish. Instead, opt for a heartier bread like sourdough or whole wheat that can hold up to the moisture from the pork and cheese without getting soggy or falling apart. These breads also offer a delicious, nutty flavor that complements the savory ham and oozy cheese to create the perfect sandwich.Toppings. Please feel free to add some extra toppings to your Air fryer pork melt. I love to incorporate some creamy avocado before adding pork to your air fryer grilled cheese sandwich. The avocado not only adds a unique flavor profile but also helps keep the pork and cheese from sticking to the bread while inside the air fryer. This simple addition can take your ordinary pork grilled cheese sandwich to a whole new level of deliciousness.
