I am officially on a low carb diet tomorrow. Thot I would try your chips today, with my last glass of wine for at least two weeks. I put in garlic salt and got too much I think. How much spice should I add? They are good and I ate them all. Cannot wait to try the 0 carb bread. Love your recipes. Thanks.

Hi Mary, you should not add a lot of garlic salt. Quarter teaspoon for the whole batch should be good enough. Good luck! Let me know how your lowcarbing goes. I have more recipes here for you to try ...
