DIY Air Fryer Roasted garlic chips and crushed garlic

  • 6 large peeled garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Seasoning of choice (optional). I use Roast vegetables and fries spice blend. Or Wellsley farms organic veggie blend.
  1. Slice your garlic chips thin (about 1 mm in thickness). I have easily sliced the garlic with the knife. Or you can use a mandoline slicer.Toss garlic slices in oil and seasoning and gently mix them with a food silicone brush until they are evenly coated in oil.Lay garlic slices on the air fryer tray. Airfry mode at 350F (170C) for 3 minutes. Open the air fryer and flip each garlic slice on the other side and cook for additional 3 minutes. It maybe is more or less, depending on your air fryer. The garlic chips must be golden in color but not overly brownish or burned. Please pay attention, it takes only a few seconds to go from golden to brownish and then burnt. So 3 minutes on each side should be a good time.This is it. Your garlic chips are done. You can start enjoying them immediately and add them to your meats and vegetables.
