Air fryer roasted Radishes

  • 1 bunch of radishes. (10-15 pieces) cut into thin slices 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt and pepper (or to taste)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon herb seasoning mix of choice. I used Organic Veggie Blend and Roast Vegetables Spice blend 
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
  1. Cut radishes into thin slices and drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper and seasoning
  3. Use silicone food brush to coat radishes evenly. (You can use a zip lock bag or a plastic container to shake it for an even coating)
  4. Spread out radish slices on your air fryer cooking sheet or basket so they don’t overlap
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes at 390°F (200°C). Flip half way. Or cook until radishes are slightly wrinkled and lightly browned with caramelized edges. Yum!
