  • One gallon water (filtered or bottled)
  • 5-6 Apples
  • 6 Cinnamon Sticks
  1. Bring water to boil and then reduce to low heat to simmer.
  2. Core and slice your apples - This handy tool - apple corer and slicer may help.
  3. Try to slice apples as thin as possible!
  4. Add apples and cinnamon sticks to your simmering water.
  5. Simmer 45 minutes. Let stand and cool.
  6. Strain water into glass pitcher.
  7. Enjoy fresh right away.
  8. You may enjoy it at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  9. You may discard the cooked apples or eat them for a gut health
