Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 tbs honey
  • Half a lemon
Instructions
  1. Heat 2-cups of water
  2. Grate 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger root
  3. Add ginger to water and simmer for 10-15 minutes
  4. Pour water through strainer into large mug or bowl
  5. Add two tablespoons of raw organic honey
  6. Squeeze half a lemon into the cup
  7. Sip slowly while hot.
