4 Ingredients Home Made Healthy Sugar Cookies

  • Makes 12 medium size cookies – 4 Basic Ingredients, but as you can see I listed six (Vanilla extract and salt is optional and highly recommended)
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup Coconut Palm Sugar (Or granulated sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees (180 Celsius)
  2. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well all together for 1-2 minutes
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Place large rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet, about 1 inch apart. Flatten slightly.
  5. Bake until set and edges are golden brown. (about 15 minutes)
